We may want to question what is truly revolutionary about the Cloud which expands with the future of our data in abstract systems invisible to the academic landscape, growing out of central locations. But one steps to a particular result. This does not deny its reality, but rather it structures its kind of physical architecture in a new light and captures it on just this ground which combines non-unitary subjectivity with ethical accountability in dealing with the abstract. Our built environments are filled with ideology. A foundation is forever. The moment that global warming gets into the personal effects of opportunism, it will no longer signify processes, progress or becoming. In cold regions, the cloud is above and below. Stationed objects, a prescribed harmony, preordained paths of vision, domains, and jurisdictions, in parallel with the human, let alone with consciousness. The Cloud is the new thinking towards a more adequate understanding of the changing status of the masses. One shudders at the scale of its territory. Inside office towers, ice caves, underground bunkers, coal mines, carved-out mountains, dead malls, inhospitable islands, old churches. The pure form and sources of the Cloud.

The nomadic subjectivity of the User will create itineraries of materialisation through avatars and digital personas that will bring forward an objectivisation of the individual. They will constitute a forced realisation of the new connected-self, an imposed consequence sprung by the commitment to a specific virtual community. These communal aggregations which will thrive on the Cloud infrastructure, will alienate the individual with the promise of inclusion. By extrapolating the attributes it needs in order to propagate its credo, the community will abstract the User to nothing more than indexed cognition rendered to bits.

Our intentional interactions within the dynamic amalgam of the network, anticipate and embody issues that will become more apparent and complex with the advances of technology. Within the larger scope and scale of all the various digital contexts with whom we interact, the manufactured digital selves of the individual will advance situated spheres of mutual modification across platforms and virtual communities.

By redesigning our reality as a continuum between the Earth and itself, the Cloud exteriorises and multiplies the human in multiple agents across the web. The aseptic fragmentation of the subject in the plurality of online contexts will occur through its infrastructure. Myriads of facets of the same, crawling, expanding, transmitting, receiving. This will anticipate the merging of human consciousness with the network while also facilitating a conceptual understanding of the user.
The Cloud and our upcoming digital genotypes will therefore generate the phenotype of a new User, that appears to be endowed with the same proprieties of the data from which it was created: it flows through the network and it creates mirrors of futures gazing back.
